Suffice it to say, I had a blast running the Disney Half marathon. How can you not smile when you get to hug characters along the way! I have already committed to running in 2011...can't wait!

I DID IT!

WOO HOO! I made it! It was cold, it was raining/sleeting, it was hard, but I did it! I loved it. Want to do it again next year!!! Once I get photos, I will be sure to post them.

This has been an amazing experience from start to finish. So glad I did it with Team in Training...the cause, the people, and the energy was amazing.

It is always a wonderful feeling accomplishing a goal!

I leave on Thursday morning for Disney! Yay! 4 days from right now I will be resting and relaxing with the rents having just completed my first half-marathon. Woo-hoo!

Our final group run last Saturday was "interesting"...I got wind burn from the insanely cold wind that was blowing off of the Potomac. At least it was only 3 miles!
